I would like to take this time to say that on December 3rd 2010 two people came to my home to install a new furnace. I had been without heat for 6 days. The two men that came to my home their names are Craig and Stephen. They are an amazing team. They work together wonderfully and tore down and put in a new furnace within a few hours. They also left no mess what so ever and Craig was so kind to put a filter in for me for my wallet was in my husbands truck and I couldn’t buy a new one for the furnace. I had no idea that we needed to have one at the time of delivery and installation. These two guys are amazing and so very thoughtful and polite. I offered to make them a lunch but they just kept on working and said thank-you for the offer.
I wish for these two guys to be noticed for what they did here today and I would recommend a big shining star if you have that at your employment. Thank-you guys for making my day and warming my home again.
I just wanted to let you know about our experience with your company. Customer service…….. I thought this was a thing of the past, but after dealing with four of your employees I found this was not the case. Both your service representative and salesman said they would be here within a half hour and they were, I was very impressed.

I just wanted to send a short note to say how happy I am with the service that your company provided when my air conditioner stopped working properly. From the first call, your technician was very informative and helpful. You quickly sent someone over to inspect my equipment and to instruct me on all my options. When I decided to purchase a new unit, one of your sale managers was over only a couple of hours later. From the first phone call to the final sale was only a few hours. Later the same week 2 technicians installed my new unit and I have to say that I was very impressed, not only with the job well done, but also with their professionalism and their attention to detail. The technician checked in with me throughout the process to ensure that I was ok with each stage of the installation; this was a refreshing change from being brought in at the end when it is too late to make changes. They took such care to ensure that every component from the actual unit, the pipes to the duct work was properly fitted and well installed. Thank you for sending people to my home that were professional and obviously very good at what they do. You would think that this should be a non-issue if you are paying someone to do a job, but in more cases then not, you don’t get what you are paying for and professional service sometimes seems to have gone the way of the dinosaurs. I recently had an air conditioner installed by your company. The relationship started when I walked into your bright and inviting Burlington showroom, where I was directed to Terry Dowling. Terry took the time to tell me about your company, its history and reputation, the various products, service, installation, warranty, etc. etc. Terry offered to visit my home later the same day to assess my needs. On arriving, he did a thorough review of my system and provided well thought out advice and recommendations as well as an easily understandable quote.
I went ahead with having Broom`s do the needed work. The installation team (led by Mike, I believe) was courteous, clean and quick in their work. They even attended to a couple of small shortcomings in our HVAC system and took the time to explain how the system can best be operated. Overall, Broom`s exceeded the expectation that Terry set, and I would whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone with HVAC needs.
Recently, I had issues with my Carrier furnace which I recently purchased from Brooms. I was a little concerned as I didn’t expect problems with the furnace so soon. The reason for this email is to acknowledge the great work by the employees of your company. The people I am referring to are Terry, Randy and Collette. Each played a part in fixing the problem. Everyone involved was professional and accommodating, but I have to mention how impressed I was with the service I received in particular from your service manager, Collette. She was very patience with me on the phone and was quick to get things done. I felt she went above and beyond rectifying the situation. So, I would like to say thank you, and say how lucky you are to have these people representing your company. Everything Terry stated about your company in regards to standing by your product and customer satisfaction has been reconfirmed.
