Requirements
Experienced HVAC Lead Installers
Hands-on installation of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, ACs, HRVs, etc.)
Custom home experience is a must
Strong leadership on-site with ability to manage helpers or apprentices
Ability to read blueprints and layout installations accurately
G2 Licensed Gas Technicians
Experience in gas fireplace installation and servicing
Professional, clean, and client-focused
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various residential gas appliances
Bonus:
313D Residential Air Conditioning Systems Mechanic license
Sheet metal knowledge and skills
Comfort working in high-end or custom home environments
